Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with AuraLume. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, tracked, and handled after purchase. By placing an order with AuraLume, you agree to the shipping terms listed below.
AuraLume currently ships to customers within the United States only. Some products may be fulfilled or shipped from international warehouses or suppliers, but all orders are delivered to U.S. shipping addresses only.
Order Processing and Delivery
Orders are usually processed within 1–4 business days after purchase. Processing includes confirming the order, preparing the product, and handing the order over to the shipping carrier.
Our estimated total delivery time is usually 7–14 days from the date the order is placed. This estimate includes both processing time and shipping time.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Some orders may take longer due to carrier delays, supplier delays, customs processing, weather, holidays, high order volume, incorrect address information, or other circumstances outside of our direct control. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will do our best to assist and provide available updates.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on the order, delivery address, and shipping option selected by the customer.
Orders containing 2 or more products automatically qualify for free shipping.
Carriers and Tracking
AuraLume uses various shipping carriers and fulfillment partners. The carrier used for your order may depend on the product, warehouse location, shipping address, and shipping method selected at checkout.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, tracking information will be provided when available. Please allow some time for tracking updates to appear after the tracking number has been issued.
Customers are responsible for monitoring their tracking information and following any delivery instructions provided by the shipping carrier.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. AuraLume is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, returned packages, lost packages, or additional shipping costs caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping information provided by the customer.
If you entered the wrong shipping details, please contact us as soon as possible at filip1322007@gmail.com. We will try to help if the order has not already been processed or shipped. However, once an order has been fulfilled or handed over to the shipping carrier, we may not be able to change the shipping address.
Lost, Delayed, Stolen, or Missing Packages
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, the delivery process is handled by the carrier. AuraLume will try to assist customers with shipping issues where reasonably possible, but certain delivery matters may need to be handled directly with the shipping provider.
This includes:
• Delayed packages caused by the shipping carrier
• Packages marked as delivered but not received
• Lost packages while in the carrier’s possession
• Stolen packages after delivery
• Delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address details
If your package is lost, delayed, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us at filip1322007@gmail.com. We will review the tracking information and help you locate the correct carrier contact details so you can contact the shipping provider directly if needed.
AuraLume is not responsible for packages stolen after delivery or delivery issues caused by the shipping carrier once the package has been handed over for shipment.
Order Changes and Cancellations
If you need to cancel or change an order after placing it, please contact us immediately at filip1322007@gmail.com.
We will try to assist if it is not too late. However, we cannot guarantee that an order can be cancelled, changed, or edited once it has already been processed, packed, fulfilled, or shipped.
