AuraLume currently ships to customers within the United States only. Some products may be fulfilled or shipped from international warehouses or suppliers, but all orders are delivered to U.S. shipping addresses only.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition in which it was received, and returned with its original packaging where reasonably possible. Proof of purchase is required.

Return Shipping

If AuraLume provides a prepaid return shipping label for a customer-responsibility return, the cost of that label may be deducted from the refund. We will clearly confirm any applicable return shipping cost before the return is authorized.

If we confirm that the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will provide an appropriate resolution and will not charge you return shipping for the affected item.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom-made or personalized products and gift cards cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Products specifically marked Final Sale before purchase are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the eligible item and place a new order once your return has been approved.
